The manager of Chelsea Football Club, Thomas Tuchel, has reflected on the game between his team and Tottenham Hotspur.
The London derby was played on Sunday, August 14th, 2022 at Stamford Bridge. The game did not just have drama on the pitch but there was also a brawl between the German and Antonio Conte.
Tuchel frowned at the two goals which was scored by Tottenham in the second half of the match. However, there was a shouting cry from supporters of the Blues who felt that Anthony Taylor who officiated the game was not fair in his decision.
Both goals should not stand, only one team deserved to win, that was us. I don’t know how many tactical fouls Hojbjerg and Bentancur did today. Since when can we pull hair in a football match? They checked and nothing happened, absolutely ridiculous.
He also spoke about the red card session that was issued to him by Anthony Taylor after the game.
I cannot coach but the referee can whistle the next game?
Chelsea play Leeds United next in the Premier League on Sunday, August 21st, 2022.
