Singer, Ayra Starr Beats Asake To The Number 1 Position On Apple Music Nigeria’s Top Charts With ‘Rush’
The award-winning Ayra Starr has cemented her status with ‘Rush’ as the music industry “sabi girl’s” single dominates the Apple Music Nigeria’s Top songs charts in the nation.
It has undoubtedly now become the combat of the young lads and lasses as Mavin Records self-affirmed “sabi girl,” Ayra Starr, works her path to the number one spot on Apple Music Nigeria’s Top Songs charts.
This is coming after the record had shifted from the fourth spot to the third on Apple Music Nigeria’s Top 100 charts, ‘Rush’ has now overturned Asake’s domination on the top songs chart with the YBNL singer’s Joha ranking as the second top song on the chart.
It would be important to point out that while the top songs’ chart for Apple Music Nigeria is varied from the Top 100 chart, the former invariably serves as an indicator of the positions of melodies on the latter. Also, the Top Songs chart becomes updated before the Top 100 and this gives a sign that Ayra Starr’s Rush is presently the number one song in Nigeria.
This recent pinnacle for Rush makes it the singer’s third solo slam since she became a Mavin activated act in January, 2021. The other songs include Bloody Samaritan off her debut album, 19 & Dangerous, and Away off her debut self-titled EP (Extended Play)
