Nigerian Entertainment News:”Men Who Don’t Have Money Are Women” – Shallipopi
Popular Nigerian artist Crown Uzama, better known as Shallipopi, has sparked controversy with his bold opinion on the link between wealth and masculinity
The singer emphasized that financial success is a defining trait of being a man, suggesting that men without money should be considered part of the women’s group.
Sharing his thoughts on his X account on Friday, Shallipopi wrote,
“Na money make u be man, if u nor get join the ladies set.”
He also took a jab at men who focus on relationships instead of working on their financial stability, stating,
“If you choose to be broke while seeking a partner, you might as well say life is stuck in 2014.”
While some followers challenged his view, arguing that a person’s worth isn’t solely tied to their bank account, Shallipopi stood firm, insisting that financial stability is essential.
