Nigerian vocalist, Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel, famously known as Dammy Krane, has expressed that Portable currently holds more significance than Wizkid
Dammy Krane made the comparison on his social media platform.
In his view, Portable has garnered more visibility in today’s music landscape compared to the acclaimed Grammy-winning artist, Wizkid.
He further stated that British rapper, Skepta, played a pivotal role in elevating Portable’s status.
It’s worth noting that Portable and Skepta recently collaborated on a track titled ‘Tony Montana,’ which quickly rose to the number one spot on Apple Music Nigeria, marking Portable’s first chart-topping song since ‘Zazu.’

“Portable is more relevant than your fav, Topic for another day online bara.
(Let me rephrase for the unintelligent ones); Atp Portable is more relevant than Wizkid; God use skepta do this one again.” (sic)
This controversy arises amidst the ongoing feud between fellow musicians Davido and BNXN, prompting Dammy Krane to weigh in on the current state of the music industry.
