Nigerian Entertainment News: OdumoduBlvck Fires Back at Jaywon “You Did Not Pave Any Way For Me, You’re Not My OG”
Nigerian hip-hop artist, OdumoduBlvck, has retaliated against singer Jaywon’s recent criticism towards Burna Boy and other peers who assert that they weren’t guided by anyone in the music industry
Jaywon expressed his disapproval of such artists during his appearance on the Teju Babyface podcast, singling out Burna Boy.
“Burna is talented, everything, but when it comes to that attitude, it’s like Burna saying ‘nobody paved the way for me’. How can you say that? It’s a very wrong thing to say. You don’t understand. It’s madness. Because that means you’re saying from when you were little till now, no one has jinspired you.”
Responding to Jaywon’s remarks, Odumodu countered, reaffirming that he wasn’t mentored by anyone. He also criticized Jaywon for previously dismissing his music as mediocre.
