Former United States President Donald Trump has caught the attention of music enthusiasts with his newfound appreciation for Afrobeats
In a circulating online video, Trump, the 45th President of the United States, is seen grooving to the globally acclaimed track “Essence” by Wizkid, featuring Tems.
This comes a few weeks after Trump, who is vying for a second term as President, suffered an ear injury at a Pennsylvania campaign rally in July 2024.
The viral clip shows internet personality and live streamer Adin Ross in a car with Trump.
During their time together, Ross played “Essence,” prompting the former President to nod along, clearly enjoying the hit from Wizkid’s “Made in Lagos” album.
