Nigerian Entertainment News: BNXN and his Rival, Ruger Reconcile, Set to Release Fresh Track
The recent development between renowned Nigerian vocalist BNXN and his adversary Ruger has ignited festivities
On February 26th, 2024, BNXN (formerly known as Buju) and Ruger shared a fresh snapshot of themselves on Instagram.
Recall the online buzz surrounding BNXN and Ruger in 2022, as the pair engaged in heated exchanges on social media.
During their industry spat in 2022, Ruger suggested that BNXN pursue a solo career instead of collaborating with other artists for hits, even dubbing him “fatty bum bum.”
In response, BNXN labeled Ruger as an imprudent musician, asserting his superiority over him and his label, Jonzing World.
Despite BNXN’s victory over Ruger in winning the NextRated award at the 15th Headies, the feud persisted.
Nevertheless, Ruger, the “Bounce” sensation who inked a record deal with Jonzing World in 2021 under D Prince’s leadership, terminated his contract after three years to establish his own imprint, Blown Boy Entertainment.
In a joint social media post with BNXN, Ruger hinted at a potential collaboration, leaving fans eagerly awaiting. The post was captioned;
“MAYBE ROMEO MUST DIE.
Notably, Nigerian luminaries have expressed their elation in the comments, surprised by the unexpected alliance between BNXN and Ruger.

PrettyMike: “Now something to look forward to ????.”
