Nigerian Entertainment News: Activist Verydarkman Responds to Claims of Missing ₦180M NGO Funds
Prominent Nigerian activist, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly referred to as Verydarkman, has addressed allegations surrounding the supposed hacking of ₦180 million from his NGO’s account
The reports, which earlier circulated widely on social media, sparked intense reactions from users who debated the legitimacy of the claims.
However, in a recent update, Verydarkman debunked the rumors, stating that the funds are secure and untouched in his account.
Expressing his disbelief at the scale of the online frenzy, the activist criticized the public for readily accepting and amplifying unverified information. He emphasized the importance of critical thinking and urged Nigerians to scrutinize the facts before jumping to conclusions.
Verydarkman questioned the logic behind the accusations, saying, “No one paused to consider that if ₦180 million was truly missing, the Verydarkman they know would not be heading to Jos instead of addressing the issue at the police headquarters in Abuja.”
His remarks have ignited further discussions on Nigerian Entertainment News platforms, with some agreeing with his perspective while others remain doubtful about the situation’s transparency.
