Nigerian Entertainment Blog: Tacha Criticizes Nigerians Condemning Parents Who Lambasted Their Daughter For Desiring An iPhone 8
Natasha Akide, popularly known as Tacha from reality TV, has used her social media platform to address Nigerians who are censuring the parents of a teenager who scolded their child for requesting an iPhone 8.
A viral video captured the teenager being reprimanded by her parents for her iPhone request, and some individuals have expressed the view that the parents’ choice of words was overly severe.
Tacha, in a post on her social media account, expressed her belief that there’s something amiss with anyone who takes issue with the parents’ remarks.
She stated,
”Anybody that has something wrong with what the parents said! something is legit wrong with you! For this child to record this conversation she actually knows what she’s doing. But I know some waste men will still buy her that iPhone.”
Furthermore, she shared an audio recording in which she contended that the young girl in question might be a troublesome child to her parents, which could explain why they refuse to fulfill her iPhone request. Tacha pointed out that the same parents, who are facing online criticism, had already provided the girl with a phone that she used to record their conversation and post it online.
She questioned why the teenager would go to such lengths as recording her parents and sharing it on the internet.
