TG Omori recounts how he wasn’t giving transport fare back home after casting for Papa Ajasco
Nigerian video director, ThankGod Omori Jesam Obono, popularly known as TG Omori has reflected on his humble beginning.
He revealed that during his hustling days he was casted on famous family sitcom, Papa Ajasco, to play the role of a police extra.
Omori shared a behind-the-scene photo he snapped with the lead actor, Abiodun Ayoyinka who starred as Papa Ajasco.
The music video director who gets paid over N100 million for a video shoot, recounted how he would finish from the Papa Ajasco set and would not have transport to go home, but he would still be happy at the thought that his family will see him on TV.
Taking to Twitter, he wrote;
”Don Dey hustle Dey come from the days of papa ajasco, finish shoot no transport to go house. But we go trek am with smiles cos my mama go see him pikin for papa ajasco by 7pm on Wednesday. Win win for all.
Omo make we just Dey ThankGod for life.
Omo I gather my family Wednesday 7pm nah one frame them flash my face, police extras, my name gan no make am for cast and crew end credit, mama no see my face clear. But izz going.”
