Fury As Kanye West Blames George Floyd’s Death On Fentanyl, Not Police Officer’s Knees
West had a new interview with N.O.R.E. on “Drink Champs” and during the 43-minutes chat, Kanye uttered a lot about George Floyd’s Death that infuriated listeners and fans.
The award-winning rapper expended some time during the interview reiterating what he gleaned from the George Floyd’s documentary made by Candace Owens.
West, who has been glimpsed taking sides with Candace a lot lately, including when she modeled his “White Lives Matter” T-shirt, declared that he is purchasing what Candace Owens is selling in her recent documentary, ‘The Greatest Lie Ever Sold: George Floyd and the Rise of BLM,’ which is about Black Lives Matter.
The rapper told Drink Champs:
“I watched the George Floyd documentary that Candace Owens put out.
One of the things that his two roommates said was they want a tall guy like me, and the day that he died, he said a prayer for eight minutes.
They hit him with the fentanyl. If you look, the guy’s knee wasn’t even on his neck like that.”
George died in 2020 after Minnesota police officer Derek Chauvin Knelt on his neck for approximately 9 minutes long.
Floyd died from a shortage of oxygen caused by the knee on his neck, which a coroner’s report affirmed in deeming Floyd’s death a homicide.
Nonetheless, Kanye insists he passed away because of his use of fentanyl.
A comment from Kanye’s fan
@Jordan “As a lifelong Ye fan, I have to take a step back. I’ll always support the music, but I can’t see myself being supportive beyond that. I hope he gets help.”
