Nigerian Entertainment News: Content Creator Bobby Accuses Peller’s Supporters of TikTok Ban
Popular digital creator Bobby has alleged that his TikTok account was deactivated due to mass reports from fans of fellow influencer Peller
According to Bobby, the ban came shortly after he urged skit makers and social media influencers to use their platforms to address critical national matters.
His statement reportedly led to a noticeable decline in Peller’s followers, dropping from 9.7 million to 9.6 million.
In a video address, Bobby expressed frustration over the suspension, clarifying that his message was not meant to attack anyone personally. He explained that his goal was to spark collective awareness and action on pressing societal issues.
“Okay, so my TikTok account was banned 20 minutes ago because of Peller’s followers. They reported my page just because I made a video that could benefit all of us when the government starts acting right. Out of all the videos I’ve made in my 30-day challenge, calling out the bad things happening in the country, the one where I said people should unfollow influencers who aren’t speaking up—now people went to unfollow Peller. Is that my fault?” he said.

He also revealed that he had received multiple threats from Peller’s supporters, including one individual who allegedly vowed to involve a spiritualist to place a curse on him and his family.
Despite the backlash, Bobby remains resolute, insisting that he will not be silenced. He announced the launch of a backup TikTok account, urging his followers to stay connected in case of further restrictions.
“If you ban this one, I’ll open another. If you ban that one, I’ll open another. This is my face—it always comes back. Trying to silence me will only push me to speak even more,”
